Get Paid to Train

New Employee Training Includes
60 Hours of Classroom Instruction
Every new employee receives at least 60 hours of classroom instruction, including four essential certifications. Beyond our in-house training, Alvord-Taylor partners with external organizations to provide additional professional education, ensuring our team is well-equipped to support individuals with disabilities.

✔ Oregon Intervention System – 2-Year Certification
✔ Mandatory Abuse Reporting – 1-Year Certification
✔ CPR & First Aid – 2-Year Certification
