We are proud to support people in the comfort of their own homes. Every person we support has specific needs and we tailor our services to meet those needs. Our practice and approach offers support so that you feel comfortable meeting the challenge of everyday life. We provide a variety of service options at home and in the community.
Home and Community-Based services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential setting (in group living homes).
Home and community-based services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the residence of their choosing within the community.
Attendant care services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in non-residential settings.
Who is Eligible?
Adults who receive developmental disability services through Lane County. Our services are set up through a county service coordinator. Reach out to your services coordinator to see if we qualify for your needs. If you are unsure and would like more information, please contact our team. We would love to speak with you.
We encourage community involvement and engagement and support our individuals in pursuing their interests. We help individuals overcome community barriers so they can participate in activities that matter to them. We are here every step of the way.
We help establish and support each individual as they work towards their own personal goals. Our dedicated staff is here to support and provide the support so they can feel comfortable and confident in their own home.
Our dedicated nursing staff works directly with individuals to establish the care they need. Our staff will advocate for individuals in appointments so they feel your voice is being heard. It is important to maintain the health and well-being of both individuals and staff so that quality of care is being met.
