24-Hour Support
Home and Community-Based services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential setting (in group living homes).

Supported Living
Home and community-based services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the residence of their choosing within the community.

Community Inclusion
Attendant care services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in non-residential settings.
24-Hour Support
We support sixteen 24-hour residential homes in the Springfield/ Eugene area. There is always at least one staff member on duty to provide support to our individuals. Our homes are spread throughout the area and integrated within the community. Each home holds about three individuals.
Each staff member who is stationed within the residential homes is fully trained on each individual’s medical and support needs. Our team works together to support our individuals in every aspect of their life.
Supported Living
We support over seventy individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our highly trained staff of direct support professionals are dedicated to you so you can feel confident and comfortable in your own space.
Community Inclusion
Our support team is dedicated to our individuals and their well-being. Whether you are at home or in the community we are here for you. We encourage community participation to give our individuals additional opportunities to make meaningful connections outside their support network. We seek to create a community of endless possibilities, one person at a time
