Mary Thomas

Executive Director
Mary Thomas Started in the field in 2013 and over the last 9 years has held several positions that include DSP, Program Manager, Area Supervisor, Program Administrator, Program Director, and Executive Director before coming to Alvord-Taylor as the Director of Support Services.

Noah Zepeda, MIM

Finance Director
Noah Zepeda was born and raised in Oakridge, OR. After graduating from High School, Noah attended Southern Oregon University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science Degree in Management. After college Noah moved back to the Eugene area and has lived here ever since. Before coming to Alvord-Taylor, Noah was a Director of Finance and Operations for over seven years and an Executive Director for two years at another local Non-Profit.

Kristina White

Senior Director, Program Operations
Kristina started working in this field when she was in high school and has a passion for working with humans who have developmental disabilities. She has been in the field for the majority of her working life and has been here at Alvord-Taylor for thirteen years. As a long-timer at Alvord-Taylor, she enjoys her job and all the great people she meets. In her time off she is a mom of two wonderful little humans and enjoys baking and gardening. Her favorite color is grey and she has two dogs and a cat.

Sarah Jones

Director of Administative Supports
Sarah Jones has worked with Alvord-Taylor since 2008 and started as a Direct Support Professional after obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon. She has been a Lead Support Professional, Quality Assurance Assistant, and is now the Quality Assurance Manager. She is now supporting the IT, Facilities, Quality Assurance, and Reception departments. Supports for people with developmental disabilities is constantly evolving and improving. Being a part of those changes and the connections she made along the way have made Alvord-Taylor her chosen career.

Heather McEvoy

24-Hour Program Director
Heather moved to Oregon from California in 2013. She started in this field in 2016. She has been a DSP, Assistant Program Manager, Program Manager and now a Program Director. She strives to provide person centered approaches to those around her. In her off time, she loves to spend her days with her 3 children and being outdoors.

Union Leadership Team

At Alvord-Taylor we work with our union leadership to meet the needs of our staff. We have a collective bargaining unit that is represented by employees from within Alvord-Taylor. We discuss opportunities to improve on our agreement with the Union every two years to provide employees with economic security.
